Basque language & culture to be discussed in Oxford
In March 2014 Oxford University is to host the XVI Forum for Iberian Studies. For the second year, Basque and other languages spoken in the Peninsula will be studied. The core theme this year is Cultural and Linguistic Diversity in the Iberian Peninsula.

The Forum is to analyse the consequences of the circumstances in which Basques and Catalans have lived for over 100 years, with the process of industrialisation and the large-scale influx of immigrants.
