Famous chefs and their teams will be seen strolling through the streets of Bizkaia, as they wait for the list to be announced that features (or relegates) the best restaurants. However, some of them will not have had to travel very far. One of them will be Víctor Arguinzóniz, the owners of the Etxebarri grillhouse, in Axpe, which is in 10th place on its own merits. Eneko Atxa, who is also from Bizkaia and chef at Azurmendi in Larrabetzu, moved up three places to 16th last year. Another of the Basque restaurants high up on The World's Best is Mugaritz, run by Andoni Luis Aduriz, in 7th place. Arzak, run by Juan Mari and Elena, in San Sebatián is in 21st place.
